Pilot success
Swedish Pilot: 180 Days to Proof
In July 2023, we launched a fully operational Bonordic pilot store in Sweden. The goal was not to test whether customers would buy furniture, lighting, or Scandinavian-inspired home accessories—the demand for high-quality Nordic design is already clear. Instead, we wanted to validate our franchise model under real market conditions. Could we launch a complete online store, attract traffic, deliver products efficiently, and delight customers all within 180 days? That was the challenge.
To make the pilot fully authentic, we built the store exactly as a franchise partner would. From day one, it offered a premium, mobile-optimized shopping experience designed to inspire trust and encourage purchases. The product catalogue was carefully curated with the most sought-after furniture, lighting, and home accessories, perfectly suited to the Swedish market. Every order was fulfilled from our EU-based logistics system, ensuring fast and reliable delivery. Customer support was provided in the local language, and growth was driven through a combination of targeted advertising and long-term organic traffic strategies.
Measuring Every Step
Over the 180-day pilot, we tracked every detail of the customer journey. We measured how advertising converted into site visits and sales, monitored delivery times, returns, and customer interactions, and analyzed repeat orders and overall revenue growth. This pilot was not just about proving that the system works. It demonstrated that every part of the Bonordic model is aligned, scalable, and ready for franchise partners.
The Swedish market is competitive and discerning, making it the perfect test environment. The pilot showed that we can launch quickly, meet high local expectations, and establish credibility with new customers in a remarkably short timeframe.
From Pilot to Blueprint
With the 180-day pilot complete, we are preparing to share the full results. The report provides detailed insights into revenue, order volumes, advertising performance, logistics efficiency, and customer satisfaction. More importantly, it gives prospective partners a clear picture of what to expect when launching a Bonordic store in their own country.
The Swedish pilot delivered more than just numbers. It validated that the Bonordic model is fast to implement, highly adaptable, and capable of delivering a premium shopping experience without compromising quality or service. What began as a test has become a proven blueprint for expansion, opening the door to franchise opportunities across Europe and beyond.
